Enquiries and bookings
When you contact Safelock Storage by email, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, discuss availability and arrange a booking if you choose to proceed. Please do not send identity documents or payment card details by email. We will explain the appropriate steps when arranging your booking.
Website operation
The public sales pages do not add analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or an enquiry form. The location map only connects to Google Maps when you select “Show map”. Google then receives technical information such as your IP address and handles information under its own privacy policy. You can also choose to open directions on Google Maps. Visiting the website can generate technical records held by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, the page requested and the time of the request, to deliver and protect the service. The customer and staff portal uses an essential session cookie for sign-in, security and account functions.
Your choices
You can ask us about information held about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details below. Information needed to administer an agreement, resolve a dispute or meet record-keeping obligations may need to be retained. We can explain which records apply to your enquiry or account.
